The job-site app your crew will actually open

Easy for the crew. Easy for the office. Job site to billing, seamlessly.

Work your guys finish on Tuesday still reaches the office by memory on Friday — and some of it never reaches the invoice at all. Daysheet gives the crew a reason to open it (address, plans, punch list, photos) and gives the office every finished item the moment it's logged, in a queue nothing leaves until somebody calls it billable or not. It feeds your invoicing — it doesn't replace QuickBooks.

First month free. Nothing down. Cancel inside the 30 days and you're never charged.

Actual usage from one customer, shown as an example of what the record looks like: 28 May – 5 September 2026, ten guys, houses and commercial side by side. Counted straight out of their live job records — not a projection, not a demo, and not rounded up.
The part that pays for it

Finished work doesn't leave the queue until you've made the call.

Every update, finished task, and closed punch item demands a call: billable, or not. Undecided work sits in a queue on the home screen that will not clear itself, and the not-billable pile stays visible so the office can rescan it and flip anything they got wrong.

Step 1
Crew finishes something and logs it from the site
Step 2
It lands in the billing queue, timestamped, with photos
Step 3
Office calls it billable or not, line by line
Result
Every logged item stays in review until the office decides

The phone's already in their pocket. Put the job there, too.

The phone comes out on every job site in America and no foreman has ever won that argument. The difference here is what's on it: the address, the plans, today's punch list, photos of what's already done. Logging what they finished takes about as long as the text message it replaces — and they can just say it out loud instead of typing.

Bad signal on site?

Updates need a connection to save. One bar is enough, and it saves the second they tap — so in a dead spot they know right then and tap again from the truck. A whole day of updates uses less data than one video.

Two sides of the same day

The crew gets something back. That's why the office gets a clean record.

On the ladder crew
  • Know the job before you get there. Tap the job: who it's for, how far along it is, what's left, what happened yesterday.
  • The address is in the job. Under the job name, one tap to the map. No 6 a.m. text asking where.
  • Plans and docs on the phone. Open the sheet on the lift or in the crawlspace, zoom in, mark it up.
  • Punch list by room, with priority. The builder's or GC's list becomes one checkable item per line. Tick it off when it's done.
  • Photos of the work already done. The new guy sees the rough-in before he starts the trim.
  • Check in with two taps. Speak your update. Less time than the text message it replaces.
  • Español on the truck. Each guy picks English or Spanish for himself, on his own phone. The office still reads everything in English.
In the office owner
  • Every update the moment it's logged. With photos, materials used, where, and how long. Before they've left the driveway.
  • Billing decisions, line by line. Every finished item waits until you call it billable or not. The queue does not clear itself.
  • Who was where. Check-ins land on the schedule with a head count per job per day.
  • The big picture. Every job by builder or GC, flagged by what's pressing. The board you run the week from.
  • Daily recap grouped by job. Today, this week, history. Made for the day you invoice.
  • Materials from the field. Requested by voice or a photo of the list. No phone call.

“They'll never use it.” You have heard that about every app you tried, and you were right every time. Give it a month. If the crew isn't opening it on their own by then, cancel — we would rather that than bill you for something sitting in a drawer. “Signal is terrible out there.” It saves the second they tap, so a bar of service is enough, and a whole day of updates uses less data than one video.

Most job software is built for the office and pushed onto the crew. That's why it dies in the truck. Daysheet gives the guy on the ladder everything he needs to know about the job, in his pocket. That's why he keeps it updated, and that's why the office ends up with a record it can bill from.

What it costs

Priced under the big platforms. More for your money.

Pick the tier that fits how many people log in — office and managers count too. Up to your plan's limit the bill doesn't move when you add or drop guys. Over 30 people it's $20/mo each ($200/yr on annual).

A card starts your free month, and nothing is charged for 30 days. Cancel inside the 30 days and you are never charged. If it is working for you, your plan starts on day 31 at the price above. We build your company and email your office login within 24 hours, and there is a step-by-step guide at getdaysheet.com/setup.html.

Annual is ten months' money for twelve months of the app.

Pay for the year up front and two months are free. Same app, same everything else. Your first month is still free: nothing is charged for 30 days, then the year is billed once. Plenty of people start monthly and switch to annual once they know they're keeping it.

Over 30 guys it's $20 a month for each additional man ($200 a year each on annual). At that size you're running several crews, the office is leaning on it all day, and it's carrying a lot more work — the price should say so. Up to 30, you pay for your plan and nothing per head — add or drop guys inside your tier's limit and the bill doesn't move. Hire past the limit and you step up to the next plan. Office staff and managers count the same as anyone else who logs in.

Start today. Nothing is charged for the first 30 days: put in your jobs, builders and crew, and run a few weeks on it. There's a step-by-step guide at getdaysheet.com/setup.html, and it takes about an hour. Want your active jobs already in there on day one? We'll load them for you, quoted before we start. Cancel inside the 30 days and you are never charged. After that, cancel any time with 30 days' notice, and take your data with you.

Put it next to what you're paying now, or what the big platforms quote for a crew your size. Most of them price per user and stop counting at five.

Prices in US dollars; sales tax where applicable.

The app can be customized for your company on request — extra sections, your own way of counting the work. Talk to us about what you need and we'll price it before anything starts.

You are not locked in.
  • Your first month free before anything is charged
  • Cancel inside the 30 days and you're never charged
  • Full export of your records and photos, any time, free
  • Your data walled off from every other company
  • 14 daily snapshots you can restore yourself
  • A nightly off-site copy we hold for you
  • If we ever stop, you get your data and the code
  • Photos included — no storage tiers to upgrade
Where it stops, and why that's the point. Daysheet is the daily field record and the billing queue: what every guy did, on which job, with what, and whether it gets billed. It hands your office a decided list to invoice from. It is not your accounting package and it doesn't try to be — that focus is exactly why the crew keeps it on their phone and why it costs what it costs.
Not ready to start?

Ask first. We'd rather that than a bad fit.

If you'd sooner talk to somebody, see it on a call, or have us load your live jobs before you touch it — say so here. No card on this form. Ready to go instead? Start your company from the plans above.

Questions, or want a walkthrough?

Tell us about your shop and we'll come back to you — a straight answer, a ten-minute video call, or your live jobs loaded before you start, whichever you want. A real person reads it, usually the same day.

An email or a phone number is all we need. This form does not start your free month — the plan buttons above do.

Or email hello@getdaysheet.com — same inbox, same-day reply when we can.

Want the detail?

It's all here when you want it. Not before.

Ten minutes on a video call and you'll know.

I'll walk you through the demo company, show you the crew side and the billing queue, and hand you the link so you can tap around it yourself.
